The Three Questions

Nominated for 2026 Robert Merritt Awards for Outstanding Independent Production and Outstanding Choreography

Based on the illustrated book by Jon J. Muth, and brought to life through expressive contemporary dance, imaginative scenery, and sensitive narration, The Three Questions is the story of a child’s journey to discover how to do good in this world, with the help of their friends Heron, Monkey, and Dog.

When is the right time to do things?

Who is the most important one?

What is the right thing to do?

Determined to help their friend answer these three important questions, Heron, Monkey, and Dog embark on a journey up the mountain to consult with wise Turtle, who will surely have the answers.  Through the adventures of his friends (are they real or imagined?), the child discovers the answers for himself.

This heartwarming and beautifully staged dance production explores compassion and living in the moment.

Dance-theatre for all ages.

45 minute show followed by a Q&A/creative activities with the artists.
