Join us for free dance classes for people with Parkinson's and their care partners. Research shows that regular dance classes slows progression of PD. Improve your mobility, balance, strength, and well-being in a safe and supportive environment.

Followed by Coffee/Tea Social

Includes 10min walk to the 'art studio', a healthy snack, and a different art project each week.

Projects will explore mediums such as watercolour, ink, pastels and graphite, inspired by artists like Miro, Kandinsky, Monet, and others, and we’ll incorporate drawing techniques, patterns and found objects, creative movement, and poetry in our multi-disciplinary explorations. No experience needed - just curiosity!
